We will thank you very much for your excellent work. All was very good organized and we had also a magnificent driver, as person and as driver. India was in many way a surprise for us, we see a country full of contrasts, as a time trip that it is rare today.

I would like to thank you very much for the time and effort you put into our recent holiday. We all enjoyed it very much. (unfortunately I think I may have missed the more relaxing part.) The team you picked to meet and greet us at the hotels were great, particular Daga Singh in Udaipur where I had to leave the tour. The local guides were very interesting to listen to and very knowledgeable, special thanks to Santosh (Delhi) and Mukesh (Agra). A very special thanks to our excellent driver Sunil (Delhi to Udaipur), who kept us very safe.

Dear Capertravel,

We have just returned from a 3 week holiday in India. Whilst we were there we booked a 7 day golden triangle tour with yourselves. The booking was made for 5 people under the name of Mr Gurradish Sanghera, commencing 08.02.2010.

I would just like to say what a fantastic holiday we had. We saw a lot more with your very patient and polite and knowledgeable tour guides, travelled in great comfort in the tourist coach and stayed at some wonderful hotels in your country.

Could you please pass on our sincerest thanks and gratitude to all involved from the driver to tour guides to the reps who met us at the hotels in Delhi. Agra and Jaipur in making this a very memorable holiday. Everybody we came across was most curtious.

I am now back in Australia……..thanks a lot for all your assistance in making our trip to Kerala an enjoyable one. May i commend the excellent attitude of the driver of our car Mr Rajesh………..do not loose him, he is a very careful driver full of local knowledge and seemed very honest. Dear India,

I had a safe return home and I’m back to work. Anyway, I want to take a few minutes to let you know my feelings about this trip.
First of all I want to compliment you on your organization work, as you were able to build a specific trip plan for me that was exactly according to what I wanted. Your agency did a great job in choosing the places and the activities and I was astonished as everything went on smoothly like clockwork. On such an extensive tour we always expect some minor problems and I was very positively surprised by the fact that I don’t have anything to point out to that matter. Besides, having chosen to stay at budget hotels I was, in fact expecting some discomfort in some places, but I preferred that to have the opportunity to see the real India. Also in that particular you managed to surprise me, because the hotels where I was were comfortable and everywhere the staff was friendly and ready to help in any way they could.

I want to make a special mention to all the people that were directly involved in my tour. The agents on the different cities made a very good job at assisting me, punctual and helpful, informing me on every detail and solving minor details on my needs. The guides who accompanied me in every city were wonderful people that passed through an image of your country that anyone should be proud of. They were all very good and this doesn’t mean that any one of them was less than the others, but I want to say a special word for my guide in Jaisalmer, Mr Rajeev, who absolutely made me fall in love with that city and wanting to go there again, and Miss Arti Singhal in Agra who surprised me with her professionalism, her calm attitude, her knowledge of the region and who, being a woman striving in a world of men, should be encouraged and given the deserved opportunities. She is so young and already such a good professional.

Finally, I want to make another special reference to my driver. I think I have no words to express how helpful he was and how safe me made me feel. I don’t know how anyone can drive calmly in India’s chaotic traffic but it was like I was just watching the scenery and never actually involved in the rush. Mr. Sati Ram is a wonderful driver and when I return to India I’ll plan ahead enough to be able to have him again as my driver.
If you need to use my testimony in any way, I’ll be glad you do it. I want to thank you and I’ll get back to you when I return to India, hopefully in a near future.
